**Job Title; Sales Administrator**
**Location: Norwich**
**Salary: 22-24k Depending Upon Experience**
Technique Recruitment Solutions Ltd are a specialist Engineering & manufacturing Recruitment company based in Norwich. Our client have a permanent position for a Sales Administrator to join their team.
Hours are full time, with some flexibility around hours of work and days if needed.
**The Role**
Internal Sales Role. Answering telephone calls.Dealing with sales enquiries and orders.
**Sales**
Processing enquiries and providing quotations
Checking stock levels of required parts if unable to fulfill from stock, contacting suppliers to obtain price and delivery details
Processing Sales Orders for cash and account customers
Generating works orders and updating bill of materials
Progressing orders placed as required
Answer incoming telephone calls
**General**
Observe Fire and Health & Safety Regulations
Follow company procedures, including Equal Opportunities
Carry out any other duties within scope and purpose of job
Job description to be reviewed as duties and responsibilities change
**Essential Skills**:
- Strong attention to detail
- To be able to work on own initiative
- Team player
- Good/clear communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
**Desirable Skills**:
- Previous administrative experience
- Knowledge of engineering sector
