Our goal is to enable high speed, low-latency internet connectivity for public and private sector organisations, in any location across the world.
**About The Role**
We are now recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our ambitious, forward-thinking business and be part of the technology revolution in space.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Providing administrative support to the sales team
- Ensuring all relevant documents are received from new customers
- Setting up new customers on the internal system correctly
- Processing customer orders
- Raising Commercial Invoices
- To assist export agents as and when required
- Previous experience of working in an administrative role, sales administration would be advantageous
- The ability to prioritise workload without supervision.
- Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information with both colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Good Customer Service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent reporting skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Conscientious and reliable with a positive, proactive and adaptable approach.
- Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions.
- This role may also suit a recent Business graduate who is eager to work in the Energy and Maritime sector
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
