As an IT Vendor Partner Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining relationships with our strategic vendor partners. You will collaborate closely with the Vendor Partner Manager to ensure smooth communication and collaboration between our organisation and our partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Relationship Management**:
- Assist and collaborate closely with the Vendor Partner Manager in building and nurturing relationships with our vendor partners, recognising their immense contribution to our profitability
- Serve as a point of contact for vendor partners, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that partner needs and expectations are met effectively
- Attend and oversee vendor showcase days held in our offices, including co-ordination and set up of customer account mapping sessions

**Paid Marketing Advertisement Execution**:
- Organise and co-ordinate the delivery of paid marketing advertisements on our procurement platform on behalf of vendor partners through creating schedules, and collaborating with key stakeholders to agree relevant content
- Work closely with the web design team and marketing team to create compelling content that aligns with partner objectives and platform standards
- Monitor ad performance and provide regular reports to vendor partners, offering insights and recommendations for optimisation
- Ensure vendors are working to a strict time schedule and issuing marketing content on time to meet our deadlines
**Ad-Hoc Task Management**:
- Embrace a proactive approach in handling a diverse range of ad-hoc tasks as they arise, demonstrating your flexibility and readiness to support various initiatives
- Assist in the coordination of events, meetings, training sessions and presentations involving vendor partners
- Assist in co-ordination of vendor sponsored external customer events
- Support the Vendor Partner Manager in executing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing partner relationships
**Flexible hours for event setup**:
- Get ready to inject some excitement into your schedule as you occasionally work additional hours for the setup of events involving vendor partners
- Showcase your flair for coordination by ensuring all logístical aspects are meticulously arranged for a memorable and successful event experience
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Events co-ordination and management
- Previous experience in a coordinator or assistant role, preferably in vendor management or marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
- Experience in using content creation tools such as Canva
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Marketing skills - previous experience of delivering social media or online marketing is an advantage
