Member Services Co-ordinator

Location: Birmingham

**Salary**: £25,000 - £26,000

Bell Cornwall are excited to be recruiting for a new role working as a member service co-ordinator working in Birmingham City centre.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Customer care with clients and members
- members will call in and they will need to answer their questions
- Covering administration duties including hitting deadlines, raising invoices and running reports
- Organising events (virtual or in person)
- Recruit temporary workers when the team needs support
- Minute taking in board meetings
- Cleanse databases
- update contacts of members
- calling clients businesses which helps relationship building
- Three years plus admin experience
- Able to multi task
- there is a lot to this role
- Excellent time management skills
