The key aspects of the role will be to support the Operations Manager and the Badgerclinical and non-clinical workforce. You will co-ordinate the medical andsupport services rotas utilising a rota system and work closely with clinicians(Doctors, Nurses and Prescribers) and support staff to ensure adequate staffinglevels are maintained and the services are not adversely impacted.

You will haveinterest in forward planning of services and the aim of the role is toimplement, embed and maintain processes and control procedures to ensure thatleave arrangements, rotas and staffing are effectively managed.

Full training will be provided.

Main duties of the job

The key aspects ofthe role will be to support the Operations Manager and the Badger clinical andnon-clinical workforce. The key elementof the role will be the co-ordination of the medical and support services rotaon RotaMaster (rota system).

Job responsibilities

Manage processes for capturing and recordingannual, sick, study and professional leave.

Establish forward looking and proactive medical andsupport staff rotas to clearly identify gaps and provide cover.

Ensure rotas are updated daily and published and produced,a minimum of 8 weeks in advance.

Develop and establish rota rules.

Attend weekly meetings with management team and actas a link between Medical Director, Operations Managers and Team Leaders.

Be the main point of feedback regarding the rotas.

Link with the training placements colleagues and bealert to any changes with training requirements on the rotas.

Set up and liaise with new joiners to support andembed induction processes.

Be the point of contact for colleagues whenrequesting leave or changes.

Report rota changes to relevant teams or departmentssuch as Team Leaders, HR, Finance.

To assist in team projects.
