**SUMMARY OF POST**:
1.To assist in the development and recovery of the people who use Wirral Mind’s services

2. To provide support and motivation to the people using Wirral Mind’s services.

3. To promote good practice, through full participation and adherence to the organisations policies and procedures.

**DUTIES**:

- To assist the Fountain Project Manager in the day to day running of the Fountain Project Mental Health Resource Hub.
- To help to develop and facilitate group activities which focus on social interaction and follow a recovery ethos.
- To provide an efficient and courteous service to the public at all times.
- To liaise with the Fountain Project Manager regarding the wellbeing and progress of the people using the service.
- To report to the Fountain Project Manager, as a matter of urgency, all safeguarding concerns.
- To support, empower and encourage people to liaise with other organisations and agencies issues to self-advocate.
- To liaise with other agencies as appropriate on behalf of people using our service.
- To undertake all training as required by Wirral Mind.
- To attend staff meetings and supervision sessions as required by Wirral Mind.
- To support service users/tenants on a one-to-one basis as required.
- To complete all paperwork in relation to care plans, risk assessments and contact sheets in strict adherence to Wirral Minds policies and procedures.
- To report any health and safety concerns to the Fountain Project Manager in a timely manner.
- To ensure that all complaints are addressed appropriately and in line with Wirral Mind’s policies and procedures.
- To undertake any other responsibilities and duties appropriate to the level of the post that may be required from time to time.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.90 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
