We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As an Education Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people in Wirral Primary Schools.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in child and adolescent mental health, with experience of working in a Child and Young Person Mental Health Support Team. You will be a qualified professional, registered with a recognised national body, and have a proven track record of delivering evidence-based interventions.

Key responsibilities will include collaborating with Senior Mental Health Leads in schools to complete needs assessments, auditing WSA activities, and managing a small caseload of children and young people presenting with complex mental health difficulties.
