An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Patient Service Centre, based at the Kent & Canterbury Hospital. The successful applicant will be joining a highly motivated and effective team who strive to ensure patient care is at the forefront of our service.

Applicants are required to provide an efficient and streamlined administrative service to customers of East Kent Hospitals NHS Trust, maintaining a high standard of customer service skills when dealing with staff / relatives and patients over the Telephone and within the Outpatient Department. Accurate and timely data entry is a vital part of the role to maintain the Trusts targets.

This post will involve working shifts within the hours of Mon - Sun (08.00 - 18:30)
