We are a growing SME company, providing our top of the range products to both domestic and commercial environments, predominantly through ecommerce but also face to face. We are based in a rural environment near Woking and due to recent restructure, we areseeking an Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.
Excellent organisational skills are essential for this role as well as the ability to show initiative to ensure the smooth and efficient running of installs and jobs tickets. We are looking for a pro-active new team member that we can invest training inand who can grow their responsibility within the company. You will possess good customer service skills in order to communicate with our customers.
Working the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday we will offer a salary of up to£25k, pension scheme, bonus scheme based on company performance, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and free onsite parking.
We are experts in our field and work with high wealth consumer groups, the education sector, family attraction venues and on an international stage, through our distributors meaning the role will be diverse and varied.
Reporting to the Director and working with 2 other support staff within the team, your daily duties will be as below:
- Booking skip hires and other machinery (dumpers etc.)
- Booking site visits
- Creating invoices and sending customers
- Calendar diary management
- Booking accommodation/hotel stays
- Assisting with expense claims
- Job costing reports
- Managing casual staff hour
To be successful for the Administrator role you will have proven experience in a similar role, working in sales support and customer delivery. You will need to have strong PC skills in the MS office suite including Excel.
Due to client location, you will need to be a driver with your own car.
