Apprenticeship summary
- **£10.00PH**
Working week
- 8:00am till 4:00pm 8:30am till 4:30pm 9:00am till 5:00pm
Total hours per week: 37.5 hours a week
What will the apprentice be doing?
The successful applicant will be proficient in all relevant aspects of this role such as a pleasant manner, keenness, enthusiasm and energy. The ability to learn and to be able to explain to others, administrative skills, organized with attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to communicate by telephone with customers & suppliers as well as willingness to assist in general
office duties:
- Processing all purchase supplier invoices and refunds (credit notes) accurately
- Analyze purchases by expense type
- Ensure correct treatment of VAT on expense invoices
- Setup and maintain supplier accounts
- Reconcile supplier accounts and handle queries
- Sending out remittance advices
- Process credit card statements
- Create spreadsheet using Excel
- Maintain the purchase order system
- Reconciliation off all Purchase ledger
- European Intercompany balances
- Bookkeeping knowledge preferable
