Rcruitment Apprenticeship

**We are looking for a confident, ambitious apprentice to join our recruitment team.**

**You must have great communication skills, fantastic written English as well as a creative flair**

**You must be able to travel to Leicester L3 postcode area for this role.**

As a Recruitment Apprentice, you will be involved with increasing our advert exposure,

You'll have the opportunity to be creative, use your initiative and improve our recruitment

procedure wherever necessary.

**What you'll do**:
Write and post adverts on all relevant websites

Arrange interviews and liaise with appropriate line managers

Identify methods to improve the service we provide

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Accuracy and ability to multitask.

Ability to work on own initiative.

**Qualifications Required**:
5 GCSE Level 4 or above, must include Maths and English

Level 6/B in English Language preferred

**Personal Qualities**:
Confident speaking on the phone.

Ability to work without close supervision.

The ability to work to a professional standard.

Willingness to progress within the business and help drive business.
- This is an apprenticeship position. You will be paid an apprenticeship wage (minimum £6.40/hour) for the first 12 months of the apprenticeship. The advanced L3 recruitment apprenticeship will take 18 months to complete._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: £7.00-£8.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
