**Weddings & Events Sales Executive** Leeds/York
**Maternity Cover - Howsham Hall**

As a Sales Executive at Howsham Hall, you will play a pivotal role in our wedding and events sales team. Working closely with clients, your role will encompass the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to finalizing transactions and handing over to our events team. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to become part of our ambitious team. Prior experience in wedding and event sales is preferred. We seek a motivated and sales-oriented individual who thrives on challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling enquiries from initial contact, responses & logging onto our internal system.
- Conducting one to one viewing of Howsham Hall on a weekly basis.
- Oversee the sales process from start to finish, ensuring timely and professional resolution of all queries and handing over completed transactions to our events team.
- Involvement with weekly sales & marketing meeting and providing weekly updates to viewing numbers and bookings.
- Involvements in Styled Shoots and other marketing activities at Howsham Hall.
- Overseeing and planning viewing days and wedding showcases.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum two years of sales experience is preferred.
- An interest in weddings and events including current trends and social media.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook.
- Confident and proactive in customer interactions.
- Quick learner with adaptability to process internal & industry changes.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication, numeracy, and computer skills.
- Availability to work during weekends and evenings if/ when required.
- Highly organized and efficient.

**Job Details**:
- 9 Month Maternity Cover - May 2024
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9am - 5:30pm/ Weekend/ Evenings when required.
- Dress Code - Smart for Viewings/Office Days.
- Remote Work: Available 2/3 days a week, one day required in Head Office, based in Leeds. Viewings to take place at Howsham Hall.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to £29,000.00 per year
