**What your role will involve**:

- Provide daily support to the UK field service team and Operations Team Leader. Provide support to clients and work colleagues, ensuring that requests are resolved.
- To ensure we maintain and retain the "triple certification" - ISO 9001: ISO 14000: ISO 18000 standards currently held by our company and division.
- Support the Operations Team Leader in the planning of the field service team's workload, ensuring that customers' expectations are exceeded.
- Participate in regular external audits to ensure that, our QHSE standards are being complied with and implemented.
- Ensure that all field rental equipment is maintained following expected standards.
- Complete and upload data daily into the company's ERP system.
- Provide transport and logístical support for rental fleet movements.
- Liaise and provide administrative and technical support to field service personnel, sales engineers, and management.
- Communicate with customers and resolve any disputes or breakdowns in the field.
- Responsible for purchasing services and goods, as and when approved.
- Ensure that service van stock levels are maintained and recorded.
- Participate in plans such as operational team meetings when it is required.
- Attend training to develop relevant personnel knowledge.
- Undertake regular site visits to support field-based service engineers.
- You will report to the Operations Manager.

**The following requirements are necessary**:

- Previous experience in a similar type of rental environment or business role. Good IT literacy, including the use of business information systems
- Plan, organise, and prioritise own workload to meet deadlines.
- Utilise appropriate interpersonal styles and methods during group interactions.
- Understand and demonstrate an awareness of the link between their role and the business.
- Positively convince others to achieve results.
- Maintain organisation, ethical and social values in all business activities.
- Express ideas and receive and exchange information.
- Establish and implement a systematic course of action to achieve an objective effectively and efficiently.

**The following requirements are desirable**:

- Identify alternatives to current thinking; ability to develop and implement solutions to problems.
- Promote a culture conducive to quality throughout the organisation and to improve its performance.
- An understanding of Atlas Copco products (PTS, PNS, NG, Generators, etc.) and/ or knowledge of diesel-driven air compressors and associated equipment, is desirable but not essential.

**Educational requirements**:
The following requirements are desirable:

- Formally recognised time served apprenticeship or relevant work experience
- City & Guilds / BTEC equivalent or industry-relevant qualifications
- Good competent skills in digital tools such as MS Office, SharePoint, AS400, or other ERP systems.

Field Base - You will be remote with a dedicated territory. #LI-Remote

**Additional information**:

- Must be willing to travel regularly to support service engineers, sales teams, and clients
