**Job Summary**

The role is to provide a support function to the Technical Team, adhering to Company processes, procedures and standards to ensure that work tasks are completed in a timely, efficient and professional manner benefitting IGL's reputation.

**What you'll be doing**

As a Technical Coordinator, you will have the following accountabilities:

- Answering incoming calls, taking and relaying messages.
- Data input into Company Data Base utilising InfraNet.
- Escalate issues to line manager or relevant departmental manager at the earliest opportunity to ensure speedy resolution.
- General administration duties including but not limited to scanning, photocopying and filing.
- Report any violation of Company Processes and Procedures to Line Manager.
- Health & Safety - be vigilant and report any potential risks or hazards to your line manager to promote a safe and healthy working environment.
- Manage workload accordingly and escalate when required.
- Knowledge Development - ensure you are aware of and understand the latest Company processes, procedures and standards to aid and uphold the good reputation of professionalism of Infrastructure Gateway.
- Obtaining information from relevant stakeholders as projects require.

**About us**

Our head office is based in Kettering, Northamptonshire. We have been working with developers providing them with the expertise to deliver the utilities on construction projects since 2003. We work with a large range of house builders and construction companies installing Water, Gas, Electricity and Fibre to their site's, on time and on budget. We have gained MURS accreditation (Multi Utility Recognition Status) which allows us to do a mix of design work and construction of utilities giving the client a variety of options for delivering part or all of their services, onsite and offsite.
