Job Summary

Business HR Solutions (Consultancy) Ltd is seeking a skilled Payroll Coordinator to support the Payroll Manager in delivering payroll services to clients across the UK. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of payroll processing, particularly in a payroll outsourcing function, and will be responsible for processing payrolls, providing technical support, and advising clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process end-to-end payroll services for clients, including direct responsibility for a portfolio of clients.
  • Liaise with key contacts for clients on all payroll-related queries.
  • Undertake payroll administration, including processing month-end RTIs, P11Ds, and tax year-end submissions for a range of clients.
  • Regularly review payroll processes to ensure compliance with legislation and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Deal courteously and efficiently with staff, clients, and external visitors, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Support system updates, parallel runs, migrations, reconciliation, and implementation.

Requirements

  • Ideal CIPP qualification.
  • Previous experience in running multiple payrolls, including producing P11Ds, P60s, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills with staff at all levels.
