**What’s involved**:
The role is to support the Finance Assistant with the monthly analysis of credit card expenditure on company credit cards, and in due course there will be the opportunity to assist with other aspects of bookkeeping. It is based in our office in Liphook. The hours worked can be flexible between the hours of 09.00 and 17.00 on Monday and Thursday.

**Key responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for reconciliation of credit card expenditure, which is a two part process and each process has specific deadlines each month. It involves ensuring all expenses are supported by the correct documentation, where relevant VAT is calculated correctly and chasing up card holders for any missing information.

From time to time, you may be asked to support another finance colleague from the global team with other tasks - particularly to cover annual leave.
- Has a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar administrative role.
- Is proficient with Excel (eg VLookup, data validation, custom sorting, subtotals).
- Has proven planning and organisational skills and is proactive so manages workload in order to meet deadlines.
- Has good attention to detail as accuracy is essential.
- Is a team player, good at building relationships with colleagues at all levels and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Has a basic understanding of VAT and cost centres. This is desirable but not essential, as training will be given.
- Has the ability to be flexible and adaptable within the environment of a small team.
- Has a professional approach.
- Salary of £6,975 - FTE £23,250
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rata for days worked
- Free on site parking
- 12 hours between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday - Thursday
- Permanent role once 3 month probationary period is passed
