This is a great opportunity for an **HR Administrator** who wants to build a career and is looking for progression. As part of our fast-paced HR team you will be our go-to for ownership of HR Administration, including resourcing, induction & onboarding and HR systems administration.

This role would be ideal for someone who has previous experience in HR administration within a busy HR function, working at a high level of accuracy across a large headcount.

Old Thorns Hotel & Resort is a four-star resort in Hampshire offering a wide range of accommodation, conference and function facilities, health club, spa, restaurants and bars and a championship golf course. The hotel is easily accessible from the A3, and within easy reach of Guildford and Portsmouth.

**Your main duties and responsibilities as an HR Administrator will be**:
**HR Administration**:

- Onboarding and off-boarding administration, including preparing offer letters, welcome packs, producing employment contracts and communication with new team members.
- Employee data management - accurately create, maintain and process contractual records and documents throughout the employee lifecycle held within EPS HR System.
- Be the first point of contact for queries relating to EPS Self-Service system, troubleshooting access issues and training of new staff.
- Maintain uniform stock including re-ordering and recording of uniform issued.
- Provide support with communication and management of all employee benefits, training and employee learning & development administration through Flow Hospitality portal ensuring all information is kept up to date.
- Provide administrative support to Payroll.
- Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly HR reports as required.
- Assisting with preparation of colleague communication, via newsletters, posters, etc
- Assist the HR team in typing of minutes and providing any additional administration support required by HR team.

**Recruitment**
- Maintain an up-to-date tracker of all vacancies and roles being recruited for.
- Writing and placing of adverts for new roles.
- Research market rates for vacancies.
- Prepare and send out job offers and employment contracts.
- Report weekly/monthly on recruitment to HR and senior management.

**Staff Accommodation**:

- Ensure accurate staff accommodation records are in place.
- Ensure notice and communication to employees staying in the accommodation are timely and accurate.
- Arrange the cleaning of accommodation after or before a new person arrives.
- Inspect the accommodation on a regular basis and respond to and report any maintenance issues

**Our ideal HR Administrator**:

- Previous experience as an HR Administrator or within a similar capacity, where you have undertaken similar duties.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including a great telephone manner.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality and to work to strict deadlines.
- IT competent, able to use a variety of systems, including all MS Office packages. Use of EPS and FLOW an advantage although training will be given
- Able to work with initiative, energy and enthusiasm and the ability to take responsibility for own workload.
- Good sense of humour
- CIPD Level 3 Diploma in HR Practice or working towards, desirable.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Liphook, GU30 7PE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
