HR Adviser
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our People team at Rocksteady Music School as a full-time HR Adviser. Located at our Central Support Office in Liphook, you will be part of a friendly and dedicated team supporting our growing number of teaching staff across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general people queries and advice to managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Support managers with routine and complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance meetings, sickness, occupational health referrals, and performance management.
- Build relationships with managers at all levels to develop a good understanding of the business and identify issues and trends.
- Contribute to the development and review of existing and new policies in line with legislation, best practice, and business objectives.
- Analyze key people metrics, such as staff attrition and sickness, and provide reports and recommendations.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of training sessions to managers and staff as needed.
- Collaborate with the People Administrator on administrative activities, such as processing changes to employment contracts, flexible working requests, and family-friendly leave.
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Contribute to wider initiatives and projects within the People Team.
