Liberty Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a 10-month fixed term contract. This is a full-time, office-based role, working Monday to Friday, with a salary of £27,000 plus bonus.

The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience and be able to effectively review candidates and CVs, carry out video interviews, headhunt for roles, and promote the employer brand through job fairs and networking events.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, running assessment and open days, and providing excellent customer service.
