**Dental Administrator/Patient support - Job Description**

**Part time hours 8.30am - 5.45 pm, 2 -3 days per week, flexibility on which day but excluding Wednesday.**

**We are a modern friendly practice, where our team are at the heart of everything we do. We want our staff to look forward to coming to work and feel motivated to provide a gold standard patient experience.**

**Your role will be mainly assisting the practice manager with a host of varied administrative projects, you will be involved in ensuring our compliance is tip top and meets all CQC standards. This is done via our excellent compliance software, and whilst full training will be provided your dental knowledge will be useful in this area. you will also provide support to the reception team where needed. An excellent telephone manner and adminstration skills along with proven experience in the dental field are essential.**

**Skills and attributes needed for this role**

**Previous dental experience** **either as a nurse, treatment co-ordinator, or dental receptionist essential**

**A great communicator**

**Team player - essential**

**Supremely organised**

**Calm and ability to deal with pressure**

**Solid administration experience**

**A “can-do” attitude, with the desire to learn new skills and take on new challenges, show initiative**

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 17-25 per week

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
