As a People Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming the landscape of our customer-centric organisation. Collaborating with the UK Senior Leadership Team, Exec teams, and line managers, you'll be at the forefront of driving unparalleled employee experiences and championing the implementation of groundbreaking initiatives across various Commercial functions.

Key responsibilities:

- Strategic Visionary: Lead the charge in implementing our People strategic direction, breathing life into new initiatives, and orchestrating transformative projects that reshape our organisational landscape.
- Operational Excellence: Become the go-to hero for addressing People demands across the entire spectrum of our organisation. With an unwavering understanding of our business environment, you'll drive impactful changes that elevate both our talent pipeline and employee satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Alchemist: Forge unbreakable bonds with internal and external stakeholders, from leadership exec teams and line managers to recruitment and legal partners. Your enchanting coaching skills will empower them to navigate key People topics with finesse and confidentiality.
- Budget Magician: Collaborate with leadership stakeholders to weave intricate strategies that hit our people package targets. You'll unravel insights and guidance for blueprint initiatives that build an exceptionally effective organisation.
