This fixed term contract role* will report to Ayse (our Head of People Partnering) you'll have a leader with high standards to help develop you into a successful people partner. She’ll provide you with a steep learning curve, and keep you just outside your comfort zone to maximise your development.
- We’re anticipating it’ll be a six to 12 month contract and can discuss further on our first call if you’re shortlisted.

**As one of our People Partners, you’ll**:

- nurture the development and execution of strategic, high-impact people initiatives and plans for our Tech and Product teams
- be the first point of contact for business leaders to provide support on people topics and especially operational employee lifecycle matters
- advance the leadership skills development and execution of people initiatives and projects
- own the design and delivery of innovative, revolutionary, and high-impact solutions for our people
- you will crunch people data to help guide people decisions and keep on top of organisational health,
- work closely with the broader people team to make sure there’s a seamless and ‘one team’ approach in the delivery of our people strategy and people products

**We’re looking for someone who is**:

- commercially aware with an appetite to get stuck into world of Digital Product & Technology
- data-driven with strong analytical skills to help drive informed people decisions and recommendations,
- relationship driven with various different stakeholders and personalities.
- prior ER knowledge would be helpful but is not a must-have
