Remuneration: £40,000 + 10% bonus

The role of the Sales Support Manager - Interior Doors will involve:

- Sales Support Manager’s position supporting and managing the internal sales team who’re selling a comprehensive range of high quality interior doors and ancillary products
- Main responsibility is to serve as a gatekeeper for the internal sales team, being the primary point of contact and to support/assist with all their needs and requirements
- Responsible for the day to day management of the sales in each area covered, ensuring all the sufficient resources are at the sales teams disposal
- Improve consistency within the team by offering continuous support, training and one-to-one sessions to maximise performance
- Introduce and manage new implementations of sales and marketing strategies to improve profitability, performance and customer experience
- Specify and provide solutions to potential customer problems to ensure a smooth process
- You will be targeted on the success and performance of the internal sales team
- The internal sales team spend around 60% of their time dealing with existing accounts and the remaining 40% bringing on new business
- Managing an internal sales team of 4, however responsible for customer service executives, office support and sales support too

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Support Manager - Interior Doors with:

- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a sales team
- Must be a resilient individual
- Strong people management, organisational, communication and customer service skills
- Possess brilliant leadership qualities
- Personable and friendly demeanour
- Track record of stability within your career
- Genuine 'get up and go’ work ethic
- Results orientated, hungry and enthusiastic
- Computer literate
