**Head of Client Services, Medical Education Platform**

**UK Based**

You will be joining a growing team responsible for cultivating customer relationships, driving the delivery of best in class digital and scientific educational programs for our 30+ life science clients. Our customer organisations include 9 of the top 10 global pharmaceutical companies by revenue, and all the top 3 by 2021 digital spend.

The Head of Client Services is a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth of the business with exceptional delivery of Medthority educational programmes. Their purpose is to ensure that business objectives are met efficiently and effectively, and all programmes meet their objectives and client expectations.

The Head of Client Services must develop and implement strategies, working closely with all parts of the business to meet company objectives. The role will focus on achieving the best possible programme delivery by coaching and supporting the Client Services Team of Account Managers and Account Executives. This role is critical in ensuring the Programme Success Groups are effective, and as such must work closely with all department heads.

**Responsibilities**
- Set an example for great client services and coach and mentor their team
- Identify process improvements to support more effective and efficient programme delivery
- Plan, monitor, and analyse key metrics that will inform client services performance
- Implement changes aligned to key performance metric
- Collaborate with senior managers to enhance delivery
- Ensure that processes and procedures are in place and understood across the Client Services team to facilitate delivery within agreed costs and timelines
- Be available to support with challenges and issues that might arise with delivery
- Be “hands on” when required to support the team
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the Programme Success Groups (PSGs)
- Maintain working relationships with all departments to ensure effective co-ordination of all company activities in support of corporate objectives
- Adhere to the company's policies and standards, and ensure that laws and regulations are being followed
- Work closely with Human Resources to lead the staff with integrity and to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment

**Requirements**:

- Successful track record in a management role and in motivating customer success organizations to consistently achieve assigned revenue and growth goals
- Experience in client services in a field related to our industry
- Ideally extensive knowledge of Medical Affairs/Pre-Launch offerings and pharmaceutical industry
- Masterful organisational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by previous professional success
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities
- Good knowledge of customer service, production, finance, and employee management
- Ability to streamline or implement structures and roles that boost speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands
- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field
- Experience in developing teams, budgets, and business plans
- Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
