**Job Summary**

**Full Training Will Be Provided**

**Job Title**: Administrator

**Reporting to**: Supply Chain Manager

**Based**: Office Based, Thornliebank Ind Est

**Hours**: 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £24,000 - £26,000 DOE

**Key responsibilities**:

- Communicating internally and externally delivery & product information.
- Communicating with our head office for lead times and improvements for orders.
- Booking in orders using our SAP system.
- Maintaining reports using excel and other software.
- Posting documents to the advised location.
- Arranging transport when necessary.
- Setting up new products using a portal and helping keep product data up to date.
- Dealing with & reviewing any discrepancies, errors or faults with deliveries.
- Ordering stationary or other non-stock products.
- Complying with policies, procedures and quality control processes.
- Any other duties asked of you by your manager.
