**About Us**

We are looking to recruit an Administrative Officer to join the Registry Partnership and Apprenticeships Services Team. The focus of the Registry Partnership and Apprenticeships Services Team is on delivering customer service excellence through the management and effective ownership of core academic and administrative support systems for Collaborative Partners, Schools and the Academic Partnership Office.

**About the Job**

We are looking to recruit an Administrative Officer to join the Registry Partnership and Apprenticeships Services Team. The focus of the Registry Partnership and Apprenticeships Services Team is on delivering customer service excellence through the management and effective ownership of core academic and administrative support systems for Collaborative Partners, Schools and the Academic Partnership Office.

You will provide administrative support and advice to staff (both professional and academic) on policies and procedures relating to collaborative partners within your remit.

**About You**

The post is in a shared office environment primarily at our Docklands campus and the role holder will be expected to work in a proactive, flexible and cooperative manner. You will also be expected to provide cover for other team members and carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job.
