**Business Development Executive**:

**Salary**: £30-32k basic + OTE £10-15k in Year 1 (uncapped)

The Role: This is a fantastic position for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who is looking to develop their B2B sales skills within a close-knit, collaborative team. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with some of the largest, mostreputable law firms around the globe. As a BDE, you will be responsible for:

- **Selling sponsored content and branded media opportunities across a range of digital products**:

- **360 sales role - pitching and closing deals with new prospects (70%), as well as managing the renewals process for a portfolio of existing clients (30%).**:

- **Targeting Lawyers, both in house and private practice and government councils**

This role will involve a combination of self-prospecting, upselling to previous relationships, and renewing existing contracts. Thanks to our client's reputation and credibility within the legal space, "cold-calls" are rare, but the incoming BDE will stillbe expected to be a proactive, confident communicator, who can build rapport both over the phone and in-person.

Requirements:For this Business Development Executive role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

- 1+ year of B2B sales experience within a corporate environment
- exposure to both new business sales and account management is ideal
- A proactive, humble team player with a desire to learn
- Knowledge of the legal sector is desirable but not necessary
- Previous experience using Salesforce or similar CRM system
