We are looking for a talented and creative individual with extensive knowledge and experience in Adobe Express. As an Adobe Express Social Media Assistant, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging content to promote our brand across various social media platforms. You will be tasked with linking Adobe Express to all our social media accounts and ensuring that all content created is optimized for each platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Use Adobe Express to create high-quality visual content such as graphics, photos, videos, and animations.
- Link Adobe Express to all our social media accounts and ensure that all content created is optimized for each platform.
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand and business objectives.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging and compelling social media campaigns.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies, and recommend new strategies to improve our social media presence.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to management on the performance of our social media campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of Adobe Express, as well as other Adobe products such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 8-16 per week Salary: £13 per hour

Temple Cloud Circus is a circus school based in Temple Cloud, South Bristol, that offers a range of classes and workshops in aerial skills, including trapeze, aerial silks, aerial hoop, aerial loop, and aerial rope. We also provide supervised training, space rental, and private 121s for students of all ages, abilities, genders, and ethnicities. We are committed to student-led learning principles of self-determination, and our goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment that fosters lifelong love for circus arts. Additionally, we go to many festivals to perform circus shows and organize our own Temple Cloud Festival every June. As a non-profit Community Interest Company, we are always looking for new funding opportunities to provide more accessible circus courses and shows.
