Brandscope is a wonderful wholesale sales platform, the parent company who are based in Australia so are recruiting for UK staff to run the face to face customer service of UK customers.

**Job description**

Primary focus will be on Customer Service to support Brandscope Supplier, Agent and Retailer Users in daily system engagement with a specific focus on ensuring effective use of the Brandscope business process and functionality. This will require periodic analysis of system engagement, suggested improvements, ongoing education and technical support with product, marketing and education information populated into the system. The role will also include market research and channel development in an effort to deliver opportunity to the Sales Department and, where required, support to the Onboarding Specialist and IT to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding into effective system engagement.

**Duties and responsibilities**

1. Direct engagement with all Supplier, Agent and Retailer system users to support pre-sales use and knowledge of the platform;
2. Assist with formulation of EDM’s to support marketing and promotion initiatives requiring copy writing and flyer creation using provided assets;
3. Liaising and, where required, supporting the Onboarding Specialist in all aspects of Brandscope on-boarding process;
4. Channel development in sourcing new brand opportunities and, if comfortable, showing prospective clients system demonstrations (travel required);
5. Liaising with Onboarding Specialist in site updates and general maintenance and when required, testing new functionality;
6. Customer Support & System Training;
7. Assist with ongoing data processing and relevant information uploads;
8. Identify and investigate system bugs and raise to the IT department following set protocols;
9. Assist with creation and publication of system help guides;
10. Other ad-hoc duties relevant to the role.

**Knowledge, skills, experience and mandatory requirements**

1 Ability to work autonomously and as part of a sales team

2 Ability and willingness to travel around the UK and Europe for the promotion of Brandscope when required
