As Sales Team Leader, you will be aiming for sustainable sales growth through the acquisition of new customers and cross selling activities. **Your role asSales Team Leader at Direct365**:

- Key to this role is your relationship with your team, establishing a positive and creative environment to achieve success
- Your role is to provide clear direction, management, and effective coaching to encourage self-motivation within your team to achieve their sales goals
- In order to meet and exceed targets, a pipeline of prospects should be built, managed, and maintained, and conversion rates monitored
- You will support team members to increase sales through 1-2-1 and team coaching on products, effective questioning skills, call structure and closing skills
- You’ll have responsibility for the teams’ sales performance as well as daily management (holidays, sickness, absence, etc)
- Creating and monitoring new sales initiatives and identifying new business opportunities
- Monitoring and understanding the data, market trends and how they affect the business strategy to assist in delivering on targets.
- A minimum 3 years’ experience in a Telesales Team Leader role with a successful track record in a sales and target driven environment
- A determined, outgoing and competitive attitude with a flair for sales and track record in negotiating contracts
- Experience in delivering sales training and coaching
- Excellent time management skills with a strong sense of leadership and inspiration
- Team player, with the ability to portray a positive attitude to maintain the teams’ enthusiasm and drive
- Excellent telephone communication skills with a confident, approachable, and professional manner
- Excellent soft skills - including listening, motivating, and communicating
- Well presented with a positive, proactive approach
- IT Literate - MS Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint packages and the ability to adapt to new CRM systems.

**In return for your commitment and expertise, you will get**:

- A salary of £30,000 in a permanent full-time position
- OTE of £43,200
- Great hours Monday to Friday (37.5 hours a week) - no evenings or weekend working
