- Demonstrate great customer service skills.
- Deal with customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Generate and send quotes to customers.
- Receive and process customer orders correctly.
- Manage orders and deal with each one accordingly.

Your Skills & Experience:

- High attention to detail
- Great problem-solving skills.
- Data entry skills: ensuring an accurate record is always kept.
- Confident with Microsoft packages
- Customer Service experience
