As a Sales Order Executive, you will work closely with the Finance and Operations teams to assist with processing sales orders. The position begins as a full-time, six-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension.
The company fosters a non-corporate, fun culture, with the team frequently working on new products and exciting projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Create and maintain customer data
* Manage and assist with sales order processing
* Ensure consistent high-level customer service
* Handle sales order queries and escalate when necessary
* Work closely with the Ops team to ensure stock availability
* Communicate with customers to resolve issues related to shortages
* Collaborate with the Finance Team to manage new accounts and ensure invoices are correctly paid
* Investigate and issue credit notes for customer claims
**Requirements:**
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Excellent communication and administrative skills
* Ability to work swiftly and accurately as part of a small team
* Previous experience in FMCG, e-commerce, food & beverage, fashion, retail sectors
**Nice to Have:**
* Previous experience in supply chain or logistics
* Desire to be part of a fast growth SME and environment with growth and development opportunities
* Experience working with Xero
**Salary:** £26,000 to £29,000
