**Sales Administrator**

We are looking for customer focused **Sales Administrator** to support our busy and growing MyGreenFleet Sales team in Gloucester.

**Purpose of the role**:
The main purpose of this role is to support the MyGreenFleet Sales team in all of its administration functions, acting as a liaison between the sales team and the end user/customer**.**

The administration role is a key part of the sales team. It is the final touch point (electronically & verbally) before the parts arrive with the customer. This role ensures that all orders are processed in time and as received.

It allows the sales team to concentrate on selling while the admin team pull the orders together and arrange dispatch and additional data recording.

**Sales Administrator Responsibilities**:

- To facilitate the processing of orders & credits from our MGF portal
- To support with inbound & outbound phone calls
- Managing, tracking & recording of customer data
- Using multiple IT systems and programs to make decisions regarding order allocation and deliveries
- Communicating with satellite sites sourcing different parts to build complete orders.

**Person Specification**:

- Reliable, conscientious and hardworking with good attention to detail and a high regard for customer care
- A good eye for detail and able to perform well under pressure
- Must be able to demonstrate they work well as part of a team
- Strong IT skills and the ability to operate multiple platforms working alongside each other
- A good understanding of sales and customer service from within the motor industry

Hours are typically Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00, 40 hours a week
