**About the role**:
As an Inclusion Advisor, you will be instrumental in driving the implementation of Ocado Logistics' inclusion strategy throughout our expansive network. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to create a workplace where every individual feels a strong sense of belonging.

**You will be**:

- Collaborating with the Engagement, Wellbeing, and Inclusion Lead to embed Ocado Logistics' inclusion strategy, drawing on employee insights and data.
- Analysing and interpreting data, both internal and external, related to inclusion, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
- Managing and nurturing inclusion communities in collaboration with the wider inclusion team.
- Overseeing the planning and execution of inclusion awareness weeks and days.
- Supporting the growth of our recruitment pipeline through supporting the management of employability partnerships and programs.
- Partnering with the communications & design team to amplify messages and stories related to inclusion.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to organise and support key internal events.
- Acting as the first point of contact for inclusion queries and sharing of specialist knowledge with internal teams.
