Cobb & Jones Recruitment Ltd is a market leading specialist in Accountancy & Finance Recruitment based in Kent. Established in 2018, with over 16 years’ experience in the finance and accountancy recruitment space in Kent, we are continuing to grow as a businessand after a record year, we are looking to add an ambitious and pro-active Talent Acquisition Partner to the team.

Our offices are based centrally in Kent, on the outskirts of Maidstone and we are currently operating flexible working. The role would initially be office based to complete training but we will consider hybrid working once fully integrated.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supporting consultants in the recruitment and delivery process
- Working towards weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs
- Ensure all activity is logged and up to date on the CRM allowing for strong database management and reporting
- Pass market knowledge/sales leads onto the recruitment team
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and news and demonstrating strong market knowledge within the accountancy and finance sector in Kent
- Undertake pre-employment checks and reference checks to achieve full compliance and create leads for new business relationships

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a sales role / environment (recruitment experience is desirable but not essential)
- Target driven
- Attention to detail, organised and versatile with the ability to manage your own time
- A pro-active approach, reliable, hardworking and service driven
- People orientated with good soft skills and an inquisitive mind
