**The Role;**
- Working within the People Team (HR, Talent Acquisitions and Office Management).
- Cognism has recently moved into a brand-new office space within the iconic Shard building, and we’re looking for a facilities co-ordinator to join our rapidly growing team.
- London office based, daily from 8:30-5pm, reporting into the UK Office Manger.

**Key Responsibilities;**
- Working alongside the People team, you’ll be joining a dynamic, fast paced team who love to make a difference, and who strive to enhance the workplace experience for everyone at Cognism
- You’ll be the second in command of an amazing workspace, focused on keeping our spaces functioning beautifully - always neat, tidy and well stocked: ordering supplies, welcoming guests, booking visitors and meetings, arranging couriers and overseeing postal duties, offering guests and visitors our hospitality - all whilst being in the mix on a super fun, busy, sales floor with a buzzing fun atmosphere
- Assisting the UK office manager directly, and aligning with the wider People team: to be hands on and able to help with tasks and projects as they arise, as well as assist with other stakeholders across the Cognism portfolio
- Being H&S aware: following all building and compliance regulations, completing any training that may be required, such as acting as a fire marshal and first aider
- Be able to assist with events, parties and conferences: you’ll have great planning and execution skills, have a super sharp attention for detail, be tech savvy and able to communicate well across multiple tech platforms: Slack, Outlook, G Suite etc.

**Requirements**:

- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in an office / facilities / admin assistant role or similar
- Must be able to work autonomously, as well as effectively within a team
- Show initiative, be great at problem solving, be forward thinking and solutions focused
- Have excellent communicative skills, and be a confident decision maker
- A friendly, positive, have-a-go, can-do attitude is essential
