Responsibilities of the role
- Review, close and verify all visits and move to relevant status on internal system.
- Cost and submit all Completed jobs for invoicing in required format.
- Ensure all queries preventing invoicing are resolved in a timely manner.
- Review and resolve all invoice queries.
- Ensure all jobs are completed/submitted on the relevant client web portal.
- To produce and verify engineers’ weekly timesheets and submit to payroll
- To resolve all invoice queries relating to Service.
- Contribute to ISO Business Management system

Experience Required
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and invoicing
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment

It is a 40 hour working week over Monday-Friday, the working hours can be flexible between 7.30am-5pm. Once full training is completed then a hybrid working model is on offer - 3 days in the office and 2 at home.

Allstaff is operating as an Employment Agency for the supply of Permanent and Contract staff employed directly by the hirer.
