Anderson Knight is looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join one of our clients based in Blantyre on a full time permanent basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Create all calls on in house system accurately and within required timescales, updating client portals wherever necessary.
- Liaise closely with Team Leader, raising concerns/issues on a timely basis to ensure speedy resolution.
- Must be able to work positively and with enthusiasm in an extremely fast paced environment.
- Attention to detail is imperative.
- Work closely with team members, providing proactive support where necessary.
- Contribute to ISO Business Manager systems.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar service environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
