**Job Description**:
**Service Coordinator - High Wycombe - 25 - 35K**
I am currently representing an HVAC specialist Company who are currently in need of a service & maintenance helpdesk operative to join a growing team at their office space. They provide service, maintenance and breakdown to a busy retail portfolio and are looking for someone to be part of the helpdesk team.
They are open to all experiences for the role, either someone with experience within the HVAC / FM industry in a similar role and looking for a new challenge or someone who is looking to improve within a service coordinator role and will receive support and training for this.
**The role would include**:
- Deal with new enquiries / jobs from clients either via phone calls or automated ticket logging systems.
- Be responsible for assigning new enquires / jobs to appropriate sub-contractors or own in house engineers. Manage job with contractors to ensure SLA’s are met and work is completed to satisfactory levels.
- Manage customer portals to ensure tickets are kept up to date and completed in a timely manner.
- Build relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Be able to manage and interpret in house CRM systems.
- Technical experience in Facility Management Services or HVAC sectors is a plus, but not a necessity.
**Salary & Package**:
- 25 - 35K - Depending on experience
- 8 - 5 - 1 hour lunch
- Company mobile
- 20 - 25 days holiday.
