As a Technical Infrastructure Coordinator at Instron, you will be responsible for providing expert technical knowledge of current network and PC operating systems. You will also have extensive experience with Windows PCs and Operating Systems, as well as knowledge of Office applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Basic PC imaging and profile setup for new computers
  • Basic software installations and deployment to PCs
  • Patching of network devices
  • Monitoring of helpdesk tickets and managing escalations to required IT teams or 3rd parties

Your ability to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides will be essential in this position. You will also be required to possess effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
