**About You**:
We're after those 'life-of-the-party' types, individuals who live and breathe creating top-quality guest experiences. We want people who are fun, think outside the box, and have a knack for making every guest moment memorable.

**Requirements**:

- BOH experience is a must for this role.
- UK Driving License

**About the role**:
We are looking for a full-time BOH Lead to manage all things back of house at London’s premier drinks and gaming experience on Roof East. Your role will involve managing a team of up to 6 barbacks, working in a high-volume bar.

Keys aspects of the role:

- You will report directly into the Assistant Manager, and maintain cleanliness, organisation and upkeep of all areas BOH including bars and games.

The businesses we operate are unique & diverse, opening at midday and closing at 11pm with great food, drinks and our unique games experiences, Birdies, Sluggers, Arrows and Bowls - as well as Free Games Corner
