Your role will be to provide effective administration and secretarial support to the office and wider team, this will include diary management, maintaining personal records, organising and attending meetings, taking meeting notes and circulating/monitoringaction points. You will be responsible for organising travel, hotels, vehicles and PPE where necessary.

You will need to use financial and procurement systems and act as Local Purchasing Agent by ordering stationery and other office consumables as required. You should also report team problems e.g. IT and office facilities and monitor response.

You should have had previous management and office experience, with strong IT and interpersonal and communications skills..

Please note this role will require a DBS check, and three years referencing.
