Training Advisor

£15.46 per hour

37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday (based on site)

6 Month Temporary role initially.

**Main Duties and**
**Responsibilities**

- Be a point of contact for training and development within the
- Support training and development projects with within
- Support on a wide range of ad-hoc courses to all groups of
- Provide support in the management of apprenticeships within the
- Co-ordinate external training activities within the business, ensuring all activities meet the learners
- Support the facilitation of internal development
- Develop skills and abilities to provide generalist HR support to the business in areas including recruitment, employee relations, and absence
- Undertake other HR related activities as necessary to support the

**Experience and Qualifications***

Level 5 CIPD to associate or chartered level is desired but not essential
- Experience of supporting the delivery of effective training events to a wide range of
- Experience of dealing with external training providers, apprenticeships and the Apprenticeship Levy is an
- Confident, with well-developed interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with people at all
- Organised, with a structured and methodical approach to
- Self-motivated and able to work on their own
