Property Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with lease administration, including preparing lease agreements and renewals
- Assist with rent collection, arrears collection and general tenancy administration
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Property inspections and meetings with tenants
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus
- Ability to up sell additional services or amenities to prospective tenants
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to problem solve
