We are a landlord with a large portfolio of properties which range from residential to holiday lets.

Our base is in Mansfield but we have properties in surrounding areas and further afield including Scotland and the Peak District.

The role includes:
Ensuring all properties are compliant with legal requirements

Organising gas and electric checks

Recruitment and management of contractors

Dealing with tenants for access to properties

Decision making on property expenditure.

Ensuring properties are compliant for rental.

The person must have the following skills/qualities

Proven ability to manage/work with contractors or teams.

Computer skills both word and excel

Good communication skills

A desire and passion for property

Able to see a task through to the end

Full driving license and own car is a must.

Must be willing to visit properties when needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
