We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants in Sutton-in-Ashfield, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality two-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in her own home.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is a young woman who currently lives with her lovely family in Sutton-in-Ashfield. She has a large care team as she requires 24/7 care on a 2:1 basis.

You will be supporting with her clinical needs, providing personal care, and ensuring her social, emotional, and physical needs are met.

She particularly enjoys getting her nails painted, accessing the community and spending time with her family who she adores.

As her dedicated healthcare assistant, you will play a big part in helping her to access the community and enjoy the things she likes.

Our service user communicates via facial expressions, sounds and body language.

It is important that you become familiar with her various form of communication, to anticipate her wants and needs.

We are looking for staff who are comfortable around dogs as there is a small friendly dog within the property.

She has a younger brother who also lives in the family home, he has his own care team and once fully trained you may work across both service users.

**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team**

**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months previous care experience
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Medication Administration

**Desirable Experience**
- Seizure Management

**We have the following shifts available;**
- Full Time & Part Time
- Days & Waking Nights

**Take a look at our pay rates**

Weekdays: £12.00 per hour (£144 approx. per 12 hr shift)

Weeknights : £13.50 per hour(£162 approx. per 12hr shift)

Saturday : £14.00 per hour(£168 approx. per 12hr shift)

Sunday : £14.00 per hour (£168 approx. per 12hr shift)

Bank Holiday : £16.00 per hour(£192 approx. per 12hr shift)
