**Managing Director or Sales Director - Manchester - £75,000 - £100,000 basic salary DOE**

Ambitious Group are working with one of the leading property buying companies in the country, based in the North West.

With the business currently turning a great profit, this is an amazing opportunity for someone to take the helm and drive the business to new heights in 2023 and beyond.

We are looking for someone who trusts their instincts and who is decisive with decision making, whilst being humble enough to accept when something is not working to stop, re plan, and start again.

You will bring your analytical mind set and deep understanding of KPI’s and how every single one has an impact on the bottom line.

Managing Director - if you are currently operating as an MD, or feel you are ready to take full control over an SME, then I would like to hear from you.

Sales Director - my client can provide an immediate pathway to MD; this is ideal for a high performing Sales Director who is ready to take the next step to MD.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Reporting directly to the Chairman, you will be implementing expansion programs and revenue generating initiatives, aiming to maximise profitability at every level
- Manage the day to day for the sales operation which includes circa 70 people across three teams
- Work with department leaders to enhance their individual and team’s output
- Work directly with team members at all levels to increase performance
- Support business owner with overall business growth and profitability
- Take the lead on recruitment and retention
- Suggest and implement new strategies and process where needed
- Keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, reacting and implementing changes to the ongoing strategy of the business as and when needed
- Aim to establish partnerships with Developers, House Builders and the like to increase the levels of quality stock
- Drive revenue forward, increasing profit levels, to help the company achieve its ambitious growth plans
- Already be an established Senior Residential Property Professional, ideally at Director level at the top of your game and be seeking a new challenge in a senior role
- Must have significant experience of, and a proven track record in, people and business development, strategic growth and expansion
- A strong negotiator and networker, able to identify and implement new business strategies
- Target driven and hungry to succeed, with a proven track record in the sector and a passion for property
- A dynamic, competitive and entrepreneurial individual with a keen eye for business
- A true leader and people person, able to direct and motivate
- A commercially aware individual, with a strong focus on results
- Experience of working within set budgets, forecasting and projecting results
- Experience of planning, creating and implementing business plans and penetrating new markets and revenue streams would be an advantage

**Package**

As Managing Director or Sales Director, you will be rewarded with a negotiable six-figure package depending on experience and previous success

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £75,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
