We are looking for a Finance Administrator in Hitchin.

Finance Administrator Package:

- 12 months contract
- Salary: £19,000-£20,500 DOE
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08.30-17.00, Friday 08.30-16.00
- 23 days of annual leave (pro rata)

Finance Administrator Responsibilities:

- Supporting day-to-day transactions within the finance department and ensuring all transactions are completed and up to date.
- Dealing with queries from internal and external customers.
- Preparing and entering invoices, issuing customers receipts, reconciling accounts and assisting with credit control.
- Liaising with other departments, including HR, to support the payroll process.
- Assisting with producing end-of-month and end-of-year reports.
- Undertaking any other duties as required by Finance Manager or Finance Director.

Finance Administrator Requirements and Skills:

- Ability to work without supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- GCSE Qualifications in English and Maths, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in working within a financial environment.
- Knowledge of financial procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and IT proficiency.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£20,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
