- 4318_1689778788- An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a premium fashion brand as a Sample Coordinator. You will support sample library organisation and sample lending processes and be responsible for all incoming and outgoing samples to support business needs.

You will be a team player with the ability to work independently and problem solve. Attention to detail, organisation and string follow up skills are essential.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Maintaining the library of collections and inventory through an organised system of checking in and checking out, with the goal of minimising conflicting requests and maximising sample usage
- Manage incoming and outgoing requests with sense of urgency and attention to return dates.
- Support PD / Design to ensure protos and SMS are delivered on time.
- Partner with Buying and Wholesale to facilitate sample needs for selling periods.
- Manage storage of samples, maintaining quality, to ensure they are always ready to use.
- Manage sample life cycle from receipt to archive/sample sale.
- Support PD with cross costing exercises
- Support Buying team with any special requests.
- Support teams on PLM system when required.

- Very organised, methodical, and accurate.
- Ability to prioritise, juggle workload and multi-task.
- Excellent communication skills, including excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Strong administrative skills
- Able to work on their own, as well as within a team.
- Proactive, flexible, and outgoing.
