**Job Description** The Role**

In this role, you will assist in the throughput of castings within the department.

Key duties will include:

- Work in a safe manner ensuring adherence to all risk assessments, method statements and safe working instructions associated with the relevant tasks.
- Facilitate the progress of casting through the department using the skills that I have been trained in e.g. Dressing, Welding, inspection, Plasma Cutting.
- Help the team achieve the desired targets each week.
- Operate in accordance with the company Quality Assurance System.
- Complete all required training to allow the job to be done safely.
- Ensure that all paper work / route cards are completed in line with the quality procedures.

Essential
- Knowledge of Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality regulations
- Reliable
- Team player
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure to deadlines and targets
- Excellent attention to detail

Desirable
- Any experience in grinding, welding or fabrication

**Additional Information**
Salary Circa £25,181 (£22,408 during probation)
